CONDITIONS OF HIRE

• All hirers from 21 to 24 years of age are limited to group A and B vehicles only with a £1500.00 excess.
• All groups are available to all hirers from 25 to 80 years of age.
• We are unable to give any refund if the vehicle is returned early. Drunken or Dangerous driving during the last ten years cannot be accepted.
• A current driving licence (including the paperwork part if it is the new type of licence with the photo card) must be produced for every driver.
• Avis Guernsey reserve the right to refuse or terminate a rental.
• No refunds will be given.
• Avis Guernsey reserve the right to substitute vehicles.
• Any hirers who give false details on their hire contract will not be covered under our insurance and will be liable for any claims.
• A credit card is required as security when hiring a vehicle.
